Luvvoice subscription quotas reset on your own monthly quota cycle, based on the date your subscription started. For example, if you subscribe on May 5, your quota runs from May 5 to June 4 and resets on June 5. It will continue to reset on the same date each month as long as your subscription remains active or renews successfully. If a month does not have that date, the reset happens on the last day of that month. One-time purchase credits never expire and are not reset.
After the price increase, existing subscriptions will continue to be charged at the price you originally subscribed at, with no increase to the new price. If you cancel your previous subscription and resubscribe, you will be charged at the new price. Important Reminder: If your renewal fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds or outdated payment details), you will need to subscribe again at the new price. Please ensure your subscription remains active!

For conversion limits: • Standard voice: Maximum 20,000 characters per conversion • Clone voice limits vary by plan: Plus/Pro/Enterprise/Custom Credits Pack get 20,000 characters, all other users get 3,000 characters You can also purchase credits unlimited times - there's no limit on how many one-time packs you can buy.
Your subscription credits are always consumed first. One-time purchase credits are only used when your monthly subscription quota is exhausted. This ensures you get the most value from your subscription while keeping your permanent credits as a backup for when you need extra quota.
