Who we are

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information.

LuvVoice iOS App

This policy also applies to the LuvVoice iOS app distributed through the Apple App Store. The iOS app may collect and process account information, sign-in provider information, text prompts, imported file text, selected voice settings, generated audio, generation history, subscription entitlement data, device and app version information, diagnostics, and support messages.

When you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we may receive information needed to authenticate you, such as your email address, display name, provider user identifier, identity token, and account status. Apple and Google may process sign-in information under their own privacy practices.

When you purchase an iOS subscription, Apple processes your payment. LuvVoice does not receive your full credit card number or payment credentials from Apple. We may receive and store App Store transaction identifiers, product IDs, subscription status, renewal status, refund status, expiration dates, and related entitlement records so that we can provide paid features, restore purchases, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

The iOS app may collect diagnostics such as crash reports, error logs, request status, device model, operating system version, app version, and performance data. We use diagnostics to fix bugs, investigate service failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

App Store Privacy Summary

For App Store privacy labels, LuvVoice may collect data types including contact information, identifiers, purchases, user content, audio data, usage data, and diagnostics. These data types may be linked to your account when needed to operate the service, manage subscriptions, enforce quotas, protect against abuse, provide support, and debug errors.

We do not sell personal information, do not collect Apple advertising identifiers for advertising tracking in the iOS app, and do not use app data to track you across third-party apps or websites unless a future feature clearly discloses that practice and obtains any required consent.

Voice Data and Synthetic Audio

When you use voice cloning, text-to-speech, voice library, or related audio features, we may collect and process audio recordings, uploaded voice samples, recorded microphone input, text prompts, scripts, generated audio, cloned voice models, voice identifiers, language settings, usage history, file metadata, device and browser information, account identifiers, payment or credit activity, and technical logs. This information may include voice data that can be personal or sensitive depending on your jurisdiction and the context in which it is used.

We use voice data and synthetic audio to provide the requested services, create and store cloned voices, generate speech, maintain your account history, process credits and purchases, improve reliability and quality, detect abuse, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, respond to support requests, and protect Luvvoice, our users, third parties, and the public.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any voice sample or recording to Luvvoice. If a recording contains another person's voice or personal information, you must obtain all required notices, permissions, and consents before uploading or using it. Do not submit voice data that you are not legally authorized to use.

How We Share and Process Voice Data

We may share voice data, generated audio, usage records, and related technical information with service providers that help us operate Luvvoice, including cloud hosting, storage, audio processing, AI model providers, analytics, security, customer support, payment, and fraud-prevention providers. These providers are permitted to process the information only for the purposes of providing services to us, unless their own terms or your separate relationship with them provide otherwise.

We may also disclose relevant information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, investigate misuse, respond to rights or safety complaints, prevent fraud or security incidents, protect the rights, property, or safety of Luvvoice or others, or cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, payment processors, hosting providers, or platform partners.

Retention and Deletion of Voice Data

We retain voice samples, cloned voice models, generated audio, account records, and related metadata for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain your account, support downloads and history, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and protect against misuse. You may delete available voice assets or request deletion of personal data where applicable.

Deletion may not be immediate or complete where retention is required or permitted for backup, security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, billing, or other legitimate business purposes. We may keep limited logs or records showing that a voice model, file, or account existed and was removed, especially where needed to investigate misuse or defend legal claims.

Account Deletion in the iOS App

Users who create an account in the LuvVoice iOS app can request account deletion from the app's Profile or Account settings. Account deletion is intended to delete or anonymize the user profile, authentication mappings, generated history, saved audio, quota records, and related provider metadata, except where retention is required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, tax, payment records, dispute resolution, backups, or service continuity.

Deleting your LuvVoice account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. iOS subscriptions are managed by Apple, and you should cancel active subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings if you no longer want to be billed.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email. We may also share data with service providers and authorities as described in the sections above.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile and the account, billing, credit, audio, and technical records needed to operate the services. Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to limits required or permitted for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, backup, or service-continuity purposes.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
